I was thinking of getting a oil cooler to help control engine heat/prolong the life. Any recommendations on the various ones. Greddy worth the $$ ? Or should I get a Fluidyne radiator instead?
    Thanks, Mike

That's funny. I was trying to decide the same thing not too long ago for my car (GReddy turbo d16z6) when my car blew up. That Fluidyne radiator is definitely a nice piece. With my intercooler in the way, I occasionally (rarely) had overheating problems and I was seriously thinking about getting that. But I wasn't too sure about the $400 price. Also, I never really looked into the GReddy oil cooler because of its price. I couldn't see spending $4-500 when there are plenty of other companies that sell them for far cheaper. I heard B&M makes a good cooler for about $250. But personally, I think you'd just be wasting your money on a street engine. All you need is good synthetic oil in my opinion. Personally, I would spend the money on something else. The J&S Safeguard group buy is back up. smile

I bought a B&M Oil Cooler from Summit for $100. ...Going turbo, so I think it is a necessity to have for prolonged turbo life. And it can't hurt anything for that price (not even my wallet)!
